To support the processing and administration of non-motor insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation, timely issuance, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Process and issue non-motor insurance quotations, policies, endorsements, and renewals.
Review proposals and ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
Input and maintain policy data in the insurance management system.
Coordinate with underwriters for risk assessment and policy approvals.
Respond to internal and external queries regarding policy status and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining proper records and files.
Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, service level agreements, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with brokers, agents, and other internal departments for smooth policy servicing.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Insurance, Business, or a related field).
Basic knowledge of general insurance, particularly non-motor products.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance processing systems.
