QAIR (Mauritius) energy service ltdis looking for a technician for the maintenance of wind and solar farms.

Responsibilities:
• To work as per safety and health procedures established
• To carry out maintenance and repairs of the farms and equipment as per procedures and        manuals
• To maintain in good condition all tools and vehicles used
• To read and understand detailed schematics, diagrams, plans and drawings
• To report to the maintenance site manager
• To maintain in healthy and clean condition the sites, warehouse, workshop and living areas

Requirements:
• Brevet de Technicien (BT) or equivalent in electro technics
• Able to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Able to do work of a physically demanding nature
• Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner in both  English and French
• Professional and proactive
• Must have a valid driving licence
• Good knowledge in excel and words
• Experience in HT will be an advantage

Work conditions:
• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm
• Standby on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
• Base office: Eole Plaine des roches windfarm, Bras d'Eau
