As a Sales Development Representative you will have an opportunity to be a key strategic contributor - bringing your intense work ethic and desire to make an immediate impact.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback 

 

Candidate profile :

 

  • Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Minimum 5 years of swimming pool, spa, water treatment or HVAC industry experience will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years as sales experience
  • Bsc in a relevant field
  • Knowledge/experience of air to water heat pump technology desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Team player mentality
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • Involvement in continuous self-directed education and training, to improve knowledge of products, technical applications, industry, regulations and processes
