As a Sales Development Representative you will have an opportunity to be a key strategic contributor - bringing your intense work ethic and desire to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities :
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Candidate profile :
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Minimum 5 years of swimming pool, spa, water treatment or HVAC industry experience will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years as sales experience
- Bsc in a relevant field
- Knowledge/experience of air to water heat pump technology desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude

- Consistent attendance and reliability
- Involvement in continuous self-directed education and training, to improve knowledge of products, technical applications, industry, regulations and processes
