This position is responsible for planning and follow-up of Security Operation/Technology/Tools/Projects at SD Worx. As the product owner of the security squad, this position will work closely with peers and internal customers to ensure that service expectations are met.

1.    Job Description

This position is responsible for planning and follow-up of Security Operation/Technology/Tools/Projects at SD Worx.  As the product owner of the security squad, this position will work closely with peers and internal customers to ensure that service expectations are met.

2.    Key Accountabilities (50% PO and 50% security engineer)

• Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
• Plan and follow-up on innovative and end-to-end projects related to security technologies.
• Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Collaborate together with external partners to co-develop a roadmap for the future.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
• Install/configure/maintain security tools/projects
• Generate reports and assign the action plan to the relevant team/squad at SDWORX.

Security squad is working with all other squads/clusters all the time.

5.    Education & Experience

• Education to Diploma standard or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experiences in a related technical support role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
• Project Management Experience a distinct advantage.
• Supervisory Experience an advantage.
• Good knowledge and proven experience for different security tools.
• Good knowledge and proven experience in cyber security.
• Knowledge in Pen testing and scanning tools is a plus.
• Have multiple security certifications is a plus.
