SAIM is seeking a smart, talented Lead Developer to contribute to the development and delivery of its Core solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong development experience and product judgment, the ability to contribute through agile practices and processes.

Skills & Experiences

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or 3–7 years of relevant working experience in a Software Developer role.
• Should be proficient in C# and .Net technologies (C#, Windows Forms, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Webservices)
• Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, MariaDB)
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Good knowledge of design patterns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment.
• Should be well versed with Data Structures & algorithms, Multithreading and optimization techniques

Responsibilities

• Performing activities related to the gathering of requirements, design, development and implementation of modules and components of information systems and software applications
• Developing solid product expertise
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Contribute and adhere to coding standards, best practices, and procedures
• Create a development environment for efficient testing and integration
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Troubleshooting and restoring Customer services as quickly as possible
