Management and Support:

• Support Cut & Sewn products including t-shirt, joggers, sport bra and hoody
• Hands on evaluate samples at all stages, identify areas of concerns and discrepancies, rectify and facilitate problem solving and corrective actions needed to find the solution and decision making in any technical related issues (conducting fit sessions/body form sample evaluation inclusive)
• Manage technical standards and fit blocks development and application
• Follow up timely, monitor process and progress of product approval to hit deadlines
• Provide support on seamless products and require going through learning provided by the company
• Support and execute Vendor Sample Certification program through education and training to liaise their understanding of the brand to elevate product & service standards consistence, including factory visit
• Support and participate team project management and present to the business partners internal/external as one team to meet business goal/objectives

Strategy:

• Foresee and resolve any potential production issues, balance cost effective production approach and brand’s requirements proactively so as to drive fit approval efficiency & accuracy and support any initiatives along with these goals

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal sourcing team, QA team and other cross-functional teams through development and production execution
• Drive for product and process improvement and consistent execution
• Encourage best practice sharing

Analytics:

• Review tech packs and all product comments
• Identify areas of concerns
• Address and resolve prior to proto making and production
• Maintain data integrity at all time to analysis factory performance for future improvement

Knowledge and Opportunity:

• Develop clear understanding on brand requirements and close partnership with HQ counterparts to build high trust as one team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Relevant experience in Cut & Sewn garment construction overall
• Cut & Sewn pattern making knowledge, fitting, sizing and grading
• Pattern system knowledge – Gerber or Lectra is highly preferable
• Aesthetic eyes for high end products
• University graduated major subject in Garment manufacturing and technology, Pattern making, Grading, Fitting and Construction is highly preferable
• Proficient in MS office - Excel and Words
• Good command of written and communication in English
