The graphic designer shall be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening and understanding the needs of the company before making design decisions.

The designs of the Graphic Designer  are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as advertising, leaflets, magazines, posters, corporate communications and corporate identity.

This position requires careful attention to details, excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Knowledgeable in photography.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works to a brief agreed with the Marketing & Communication Manager

• Develop creative ideas and concepts.

• Recommend, the appropriate media and style to meet the company's objectives.

• Needs a creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

• May need to manage more than one design brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job.

PROFILE

•     Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any alternative qualification

•     Passionate about design and new technologies

•     Expert in Adobe Creative Suite

•     Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field

•     Basic HTML knowledge and HTML editor experience

•     Experience with website design and updates

•     Experience with WordPress is a plus

•     Video filming/production/editing skills

•     Organized and detailed oriented

•     Ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven environment

•     Self-starter and ability to self-manage workload, including taking initiative to propose creative projects

•     Photography/ photo editing skills

•     Excels in a team environment, working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven setting

•     Residing in the vicinity of the hotel will be an advantage
