The Project Executive supports the successful delivery of solar PV projects across the full project lifecycle, from site assessment and design inputs to construction coordination and commissioning.
Reporting to the Construction Team Manager, he will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Project Development teams to ensure proper coordination, documentation, and follow-up of project activities. The role is primarily focused on technical coordination, site assessments, documentation control, and project administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct technical site assessments, identifying constraints related to access, site readiness, and electrical interfacing
• Carry out risk assessments (technical, environmental, and execution-related) and prepare structured reports
• Provide the Engineering team with clear and comprehensive inputs to support detailed design
• Assist in reviewing drawings for coordination purposes and highlight inconsistencies between design and site conditions
• Support resolution of technical issues through coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Support the Project Development team in the preparation and submission of permit applications
• Follow up on approvals with relevant authorities and maintain proper documentation records
• Plan and attend verification of works on site, ensuring installations align with drawings and specifications
• Carry out pre-commissioning activities, including inspections, checklists, and installation certificates
• Participate in commissioning and testing activities, coordinating with contractors and engineers
• Assist in preparation of as-built documentation and handover documents
• Monitoring of project progress against schedule and follow up on action points
• Maintain and update all project documentation, including drawings, reports, logs, and quality records
• Ensure proper document control, version tracking, and filing systems (both soft and hard versions)
• Prepare and follow up on Requests for Payment (Interim Payment Applications)
• Prepare and track Requests for Commitment (RoC) / Purchase Requests
• Track project commitments and subcontractor progress for payment certification
• Prepare periodic progress reports and support project reporting
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in project coordination and/or solar PV projects
• Exposure to project preparation/planning, site assessments, coordination and commissioning activities
• Good understanding of ground-mounted and rooftop PV systems
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
