PROFILE:

• Educational Background: School Certificate.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including knowledge of inventory software.
• Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move items as required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in handling stock.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, stock levels, and stock movement.
• Stock Handling: Receive, store, and issue materials or products to various departments as required.
• Quality Checks: Ensure all received materials meet quality standards and are stored properly. Report damage and any discrepancies.
• Organization: Maintain the store area in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Documentation: Record all stock movements and assist in preparing inventory reports.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries related to store operations and provide prompt assistance.
• Administration Task: Assist in daily administration related works
