The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's reception, guest services, and administrative staff to ensure high customer satisfaction, efficient workflows, and a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and schedule receptionist and concierge staff.
- Guest Service Excellence: Ensure a welcoming environment, resolve guest complaints, and maintain high satisfaction standards.
- Operational Control: Monitor front desk efficiency, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and oversee room bookings or administrative tasks.
- Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between guests, housekeeping, maintenance, and upper management.
- Financial & Safety Duties: Manage office budgets, inventory, and ensure compliance with security and health policies.
