Senior Electrician

• Ensure minimum downtime of all Plants, Palletizer & Blender by leading and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance
• Plan, verify, and optimize Preventive Maintenance Schedules (weekly and monthly)
• Supervise installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and control equipment
• Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex faults on PLCs, SCADA, and automation systems
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to required standards
• Coordinate maintenance activities according to plant availability and priorities
• Ensure strict compliance with HERA / HECP and safety procedures before any intervention
• Oversee maintenance of Administrative Blocks, Sales Office, Mess Rooms & Yard
• Support and guide production teams, including during night shifts when required
• Monitor and improve electrical consumption (kWh, kVAh) and power factor
• Ensure accuracy and calibration of packers, weighing systems, and control equipment

• Monitor and validate minimum stock levels of spare parts and initiate reordering
• Ensure availability of critical spares for efficient maintenance intervention
• Participate in identifying and defining critical equipment spares
• Ensure proper availability and condition of tools and workshop equipment

• Supervise and allocate tasks to electricians and ensure quality of work
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Ensure adherence to safety, procedures, and company standards
• Report on maintenance activities, breakdowns, and performance issues
