To support the IT Manager with IT related tasks and assignments.

1. Should be registered on YEP already
2. Monitors, and maintenance of IT systems.
3. Support ICT equipment by performing diagnosis of faults to ensure optimum performance of all ICT devices.
4. Support and assist various departments with Information Technology issues.
5. Assist in the support of corporate software systems.
6. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
