Key Responsibilities
- Design posters, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials for both print and digital use.
- Create engaging social media graphics, website visuals, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to produce visuals for staff engagement, training, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Prepare artwork for printing and digital publication, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Support bilingual communication (English/ French/Creole) with accessible poster-style notices when required.
- Stay updated with design trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance communication#
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital platforms and social media design.
- Strong creativity and ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills; bilingual (English, French & creole) preferred.
