As part of our growth, we are looking for an Excel Expert.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Efficiency Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating operational team schedules and acting as the interface with these teams. In this context, your main duties will include:

• Developing schedules in compliance with organizational, regulatory, and legal constraints
• Ensuring consistency between schedules and operational objectives
• Regularly monitoring activity planning within the center
• Ensuring timely availability of schedules and statistics

As a member of the Business Efficiency team, you will also contribute to the smooth running of the department by performing administrative tasks within your area of expertise.

Profile :

• Diploma +2/3 in Statistics/ Economics/ Mathématics
• Good command of  Ms Excel
