Africaplus Direct International Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in East Africa. This role requires a proactive individual capable of building relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our business across the region.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions and demonstrable experience working with local and regional business partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Promote and sell a portfolio of IT enterprise solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, etc.)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT sector
  • Strong understanding of IT enterprise solutions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with local and regional partners
  • Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and reporting skills in both English and French
  • Ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients
  • Goal-oriented, focused, and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Experience in pre-sales is an advantage
