Grewals is currently looking for a reliable and experienced Lorry Driver to join our team and ensure timely delivery of products to our clients across Mauritius.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicle for the transportation and distribution of materials to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle before and after deliveries, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Load and unload products as necessary, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to management immediately.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other duties related to product handling and logistics as needed.
• Ensure that all documents / paperwork is properly filled.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license for Goods Vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Physical ability to lift and carry products as required.
• Good knowledge of local routes across Mauritius
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
