Responsibilities:

• Oversee motor and non-motor insurance portfolios, including quotations, policy issuance and renewals.
• Support new business acquisition, corporate renewals and cross-selling initiatives
• Assist in handling complex cases and provide technical support
• Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations
• Contribute to achieving departmental revenue and growth targets
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all underwriting and administrative processes
• Liaise with customers and insurers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage
• Handle endorsements and all related documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses their queries
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are updated accordingly

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Insurance, Business, or related field or Cert CII (completed or in Progress) would be a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position within a brokerage sector
• Strong technical knowledge of both Motors and Non-Motors Insurance products
• Demonstrated involvement in sales support and new business acquisition
• Proven exposure to Corporate accounts, renewals and new business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
