To support the compliance team in reviewing customer files and assessing the plausibility of source of funds in accordance with internal AML/CFT procedures.

Job Summary

The Junior Compliance Analyst will support the compliance team on a fixed-term contract (12 months, renewable) in reviewing customer files in accordance with internal AML/CFT procedures

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

File Review

• Analyse KYC and DSOF documentation for assigned files
• Apply internal SOF scenario playbook to assess source of funds
• Identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation

Case Classification

• Categorise files as:
• satisfactory
• information required
• escalation required

Escalation Support

• Escalate complex or unclear cases to Compliance Lead
• Support preparation of summaries for escalated cases

Risk Assessment

Conduct Client risk assessments

Record Keeping

Ensure proper record keeping and filing of KYC and SOF documents.

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in law, finance, accounting or related field
• 1 year’s  experience in compliance preferred
