The Human Resources Officer will manage training programs, recruitment, onboarding and employee integration. The role includes maintaining HR records, tracking feedback, supporting interviews, preparing offers and monitoring key HR metrics through dashboards.

 

About the Role:

Kasa Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training and employee lifecycle management. The candidate is expected to be experienced with HR systems (Sicorax), to maintain records, track metrics and generate reports. Responsibilities include coordinating training, managing recruitment processes, supporting interviews, preparing offer letters and overseeing employee induction and integration.                                                                                              

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development: Coordinate and manage training programs, including HRDC applications and liaising with external training providers. Evaluate training proposals based on content, cost and alignment with organizational needs. Maintain training records, monitor post-training feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for officer-level roles, including drafting and posting job adverts, screening applications, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and supporting interview panels. Prepare offer letters and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Manage onboarding processes, including preparation of employment documentation, system access and induction sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track key HR metrics such as onboarding/offboarding trends, leave patterns, training expenditure, cost-to-company and salary distribution. Provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR colleagues, department heads and external providers to ensure smooth HR operations. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR processes and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment and training coordination.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems (Sicorax).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
