We are seeking a competent and experienced IT system and Network support professional to join its team.

Duties:

• Provide technical support to end users
• Install and Configure IT Equipment’s and end user /System software as per company group policies and procedures
• Keep inventory of All Assets
• Ensuring Backup of Servers and Application
• Create /Manages users on Active Directory
• Good Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
• Creation and assigning license to users on O365
• Managing SharePoint /Teams
• Managing Vmware technology, creation of Windows Servers
• Good understanding of VSAN storage
• Knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Maintaining the Server Room
• Liaise with Suppliers for Level 2 Support on Business Central.
• Provide Daily /Monthly attendance details to Payroll department
• Ensure Cameras are operational in all sites
• Any other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Qualification: 

•	Degree in IT or Equivalent qualifications
•	Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT support/Server/Network Management
•	Good Knowledge on Microsoft Product Including O365/SharePoint/Teams and Microsoft Azure
