Exotic Group is looking for motivated and skilled Retail Sales Trainer to support training and development of retail staffs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train and support retail staff on sales techniques and customer service standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as well as guidance.
• Assist with the devising sales strategies.
• Report observations and support continuous improvement in store operations.
• Maintain a positive customer experience in all outlets.

Qualifications and Skills

• HSC qualified
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion.
• Driving license is a must.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team members.
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Computer literate and masters MS Tools
• Knowledge of retail KPIs and store management operations.
• Certificate of Character
