* Provide spa treatments and products advice to guests as per Standards * Ensure that treatment advices suit clients needs and requirements * Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units

Qualification and Experience:

• SC level or equivalent, professional training and professional experience

• Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy
• 1 years working experience at Reception in a Hotel Spa Environment

• Computer literacy

• Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage
