Business Development & Market Expansion. Technical Sales Support Partner & Channel Development Project Support & Execution

 

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Business Development Engineer to drive the growth of Huawei Solar solutions across the Indian Ocean region. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to expand market presence and deliver innovative solar and energy storage solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for PV and energy storage solutions.
• Build relationships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and distributors.
• Analyze market trends and develop go-to-market strategies.

Technical Sales Support
• Provide pre-sales technical support and system design.
• Deliver presentations and training to partners.
• Support tenders and proposals.

Partner & Channel Development
• Recruit and manage partners and installers.
• Strengthen collaboration with EPCs and developers.

Project Support & Execution
• Coordinate project delivery with internal teams.
• Support project lifecycle and resolve technical issues.


Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years in solar PV, energy storage, or power systems.
• Experience with EPCs, utilities, or developers preferred.

Requirements :

Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and inverters.
• Familiarity with grid requirements and regulations.
• Ability to design and optimize solar systems.
Commercial Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
