Mission

• Conduct conflict verification for national and international relationship.
• Ensure conflicts of interest are identified and disclosed to guarantee compliance with ethical rules and professional regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process requests for conflict of interest checks within the allowed timeframe.
• Identify, analyse and monitor potential or actual conflicts of interest within the firm to ensure compliance with ethical rules, professional regulations and contractual commitments to clients.
• Follow up with associates within the holding company for pending information.
• Update respective trackers.
• Distribution of international requests on a shared platform with the different associates.
• Follow up on potential conflict of interest that may arise and cascade down to the respective parties within the given SLA.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years professional experience.
• Prior work experience in client screening, due diligence or risk management process.
• Experience in using screening tools (e.g, world check)
