Depending on your profile and experience, you will quickly progress within the role of managing private equity companies. IQ-EQ will train you in fund management professions, working with our client base of around 50 French asset management firms.

You will receive continuous support from IQ-EQ Directors and Managers who will mentor you. You will quickly become autonomous within a recognised team in the highly attractive private equity sector in France.

We are looking for finance professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience. Flexibility and agility to the needs of the nature of the work is essential – together with attention to details, meeting deadlines and delivery only high quality service.

Shift working may be needed to meet the needs of our clients.

Context of Our Engagements:

Fund Control and Supervision:

• Monitoring fund asset and liability flows and cash management
• Valuation checks and performance calculations
• Oversight and review of accounting production, including financial statement preparation

Investment Vehicle Administration:

• Managing flows in coordination with investment teams and stakeholders (custodians, lawyers, auditors, etc.)
• Investor relations management (reporting, capital calls, etc.)
• Supervision of regulatory filings and KYC-AML procedures

Outsourced Assignments:

• Financial Controller missions at client sites
• Support during fundraising phases

Teamwork and Proximity: We carry out our assignments in close collaboration with clients and partners (law firms, investment banks, fundraisers).

• Operational English is required for successful integration into our assignments and within the IQ-EQ group.
• Have had 4 to 5 years experience, with a Degree related to the field or and an accountancy certification like ACCA or ICAEW).
