We are looking for a professional, organised and friendly Receptionist. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of the front office and providing general administrative support the companies operating on the floor.

 

We are looking for a professional, organised and friendly Receptionist. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of the front office and providing general administrative support the companies operating on the floor.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will represent the company in a professional and welcoming manner while assisting with a variety of office coordination and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and forward incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception and common areas
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair matters when required
  • Organise travel arrangements for management
  • Support the organisation of internal events and office activities (lunches, outings, team building, EOY etc..)

 

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the companies on the floor
  • Assist with document scanning, filing and record keeping
  • Coordinate staff birthday celebrations in accordance with the respective policies of the companies operating on the floor
  • Assist with ordering and monitoring office supplies and stationery
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and project support as required, ensuring work is completed accurately and within required deadlines
