Regional Business Lead: Responsible for the overall performance of 13 stores across Mauritius. This senior leadership role requires a commercially minded professional with strong knowledge of the local hospitality market, labor environment, and customer expectations.
Role Summary – Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Commercial & Financial Performance
Responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across stores by managing food and labour costs, controlling prime costs, reviewing financial reports, reducing waste, and implementing improvement plans for underperforming locations.
Leadership & Workforce Management
Recruit, coach, and develop Store Managers while strengthening leadership across locations. Focus on improving staff retention, ensuring compliant staff scheduling, and building a strong culture of accountability and performance.
Operational Excellence
Ensure strict adherence to franchise operating procedures through regular store visits and audits. Maintain high standards of service speed, food quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
Brand & Customer Experience
Protect and enhance brand reputation by improving customer ratings, handling escalated complaints professionally, and ensuring consistent execution of promotions and marketing initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required
Candidates should have at least 5+ years of restaurant or QSR leadership experience, including multi-unit management. Strong financial and operational management skills, knowledge of the Mauritian hospitality market, and the ability to manage cost pressures are essential.
Leadership Profile
The role requires a hands-on leader with strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills (English and French preferred), and a results-driven approach.
