We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin and Finance Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily financial and administrative operations of the company, ensuring accurate record keeping, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with suppliers, clients, and internal teamsMain Duties and Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
Input and process invoices accurately in the system
Record company purchases and maintain proper documentation
Manage and reconcile petty cash
Perform data entry for financial records and transactions
Conduct inventory stock counts and maintain stock records
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, invoices, and payments
Assist in processing supplier payments and preparing payment records
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments (debtors chasing) and maintain debtor records
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist supervisors with preparation of attendance reports
Support HR administration such as recording employee absences and leave
Prepare reports as required by management
Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or finance role will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
