Currimjee Real Estate (CRE) is seeking a proactive, organised, and highly capable Assistant Manager to support the CEO’s Office.

In this key role, you will assist the CEO in managing executive, administrative, and operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of projects and compliance with company processes and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing administrative and operational support.
  • Act as the Data Protection Officer of the Company.
  • Maintain and update the Quality Management System and Process Handbook of the Company.
  • Undertake administrative duties, including managing filing systems, maintaining executive records, office cleanliness, dispatch, and correspondence.
  • Assist the CEO in the procurement approval process.
  • Monitor and follow up on all projects driven by the CEO.
  • Support the administration and monitoring of training programmes and HRDC-related activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and Board packs/presentations.
  • Take notes during meetings and circulate draft minutes within agreed deadlines.
  • Contribute to the digitization of the Company’s services and activities.
  • Coordinate CRE’s welfare and engagement activities, including team building, year-end events, and employee amenities.
  • Ensure effective leave management and attendance processes and submit monthly reports for payroll.
  • Act as the primary interface with the Group HR department on all HR matters, including grievances and related issues.
  • Ensure timely administration of the CJ intranet for CRE with regard to all communicated information.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools and other collaborative digital platforms.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong ability to foster teamwork, collaboration, and execute tasks diligently.
