Core Responsibilities:
Narrative Control and Institutional Positioning
- Define and own the positioning of JurisTax, JurisComply, Providentia, JurisHub, DIFC, LRD, RBS and all future entities as one coherent institutional architecture;
- Eliminate silo positioning and ensure that all communication reflects the Group’s strategic pillars and long-term institutional ambition;
- Position the Group as a leading authority in compliance, structuring, RegTech, asset management and cross-border financial architecture;
- Protect and enhance the credibility of the Group in regulated environments across Mauritius, UAE and other priority jurisdictions.
Revenue Architecture and Demand Engineering
- Design structured demand engines that generate qualified institutional leads rather than general enquiries;
- Build corridor-based growth strategies for the United Kingdom, UAE, India, Japan, Kenya, Ivory Coast and broader Africa;
- Engineer migration pathways moving clients from single-service engagements into higher-value bundled mandates across entities;
- Contribute directly to the objective that a minimum of 30 percent of new mandates originate from structured Growth initiatives;
- Link all growth initiatives to measurable revenue, AUM inflow and bundle uptake.
Capital Markets and AUM Growth Alignment
- Align positioning strategy with Providentia’s asset and fund management ambitions;
- Support the structuring and promotion of investment products through institutional credibility rather than retail marketing tactics;
- Ensure that growth initiatives reinforce long-term capital market positioning rather than short-term campaign metrics.
Digital Authority and AI Integration
- Build a disciplined executive visibility strategy positioning the CEO and the Group as thought leaders in regulated financial services;
- Develop structured authority assets including white papers, regulatory insights, corridor reports and industry commentary;
- Integrate AI tools into growth workflows to improve efficiency, targeting intelligence and content architecture;
- Ensure that digital presence is strategic, disciplined and commercially aligned.
International Expansion and Market Entry
- Structure market entry initiatives aligned with regulatory positioning, operational capacity and brand credibility;
- Ensure that expansion into new corridors strengthens institutional reputation rather than dilutes focus;
- Build international visibility that attracts serious operators and institutional clients.
Department Transformation
- Redesign the existing Marketing function into a Growth and Strategic Positioning Department with clear accountability;
- Establish performance dashboards linking growth initiatives to pipeline and revenue contribution;
- Build a small but high-calibre support team aligned with execution discipline and measurable output;
- Eliminate execution-only activity that does not contribute to structured demand.
Profile Requirements:
