Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Develop and implement effective marketing, leasing and sales strategies to expand the client and tenant base.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with business objectives
• Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing strategies and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Lead the development of marketing materials, digital marketing initiatives and social media presence.
• Deploy the cluster’s branding strategy and ensure strong brand positioning across all marketing channels.
• Organise and oversee events and promotional initiatives to enhance market visibility.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget and provide regular performance reports.
• Implement leasing and sales strategies to secure long-term and short-term tenants and maximise property revenue streams.
• Manage the full leasing cycle including tenant sourcing, negotiations, documentation and contract follow-ups.
• Coordinate with legal teams for lease agreements and tenant documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Monitor tenancy schedules, lease renewals and contractual obligations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain and expand relationships with real estate agents, tenants, clients and partners to strengthen market presence.
• Prepare reports, business cases and leasing plans for management and leasing committee review.

Leasing & Sales Management

Profile

-      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or related field.

-      Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within marketing, leasing or sales functions.

-      Experience within the real estate sector will be an advantage.

-      Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and marketing analytics

-      Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications.
