We’re hiring a Junior ERP Implementer to support hands-on ERP deployments. This role is implementation-focused. You will accompany senior consultants and teammates during implementations and help deliver successful rollouts.

 

Job Summary

You have 1–2 years of experience supporting ERP implementations and enjoy practical, on-theground work: configuration support, testing, data preparation, documentation, and user assistance. You’ll work closely with our internal team and participate in client deployments under the guidance of senior members.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support: Assist with ERP setup, configuration, and module deployment based on predefined specifications.

Data Preparation & Migration Assistance: Help with data cleanup, imports, validation, and reconciliation.

Testing & UAT Support: Prepare test cases, execute functional tests, support UAT, and track issues until resolution.

Go-Live & Post Go-Live Support: Support cutover activities, provide on-site/remote assistance, and help stabilize the system after go-live.

Documentation & Coordination: Maintain implementation documentation (SOPs, checklists, configurations, test scripts) and follow up on tasks with the team.

User Assistance: Support end users during onboarding and adoption, escalating complex issues to senior consultants/technical team.

Requirements

1–2 years of ERP implementation exposure (e.g., Odoo, Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, ERP Next or similar)

Basic understanding of business workflows in one or more areas: Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, CRM

Strong comfort with Excel and data handling

Ability to follow structured implementation processes and work under guidance

Knowledge of SQL/APIs/integrations is a plus (not mandatory)

Good communication and teamwork

Clear documentation habits

Problem-solving and troubleshooting attitude

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)

ERP fundamentals certifications (Odoo/SAP/Oracle/Microsoft, ERP Next etc.)
