Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in a polite and professional manner.
• Explain products clearly and help customers choose items in home décor, lifestyle, accessories, and gifts.
• Listen to customers’ needs and suggest suitable products to help increase sales.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually attractive at all times.
• Handle payments, exchanges, and returns accurately using the POS system.
• Refill shelves and help manage stock when needed.
• Answer customer questions in French and English, in store or by phone.
• Assist with promotions, special offers, and in-store events.
• Inform management about customer feedback and popular products.

Skills & Qualifications

• HSC level with basic maths skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home décor, lifestyle, furniture, or similar products.
• Able to speak and write well in both French and English.
• Friendly and confident, with good communication skills.
• A good eye for décor and an interest in interior design and styling.
• Energetic, motivated, and focused on giving good customer service.
