Responsible to collaborate between buyers and suppliers to following up and ensuring suppliers are onboarded to SBN tool. With good communication skill help suppliers to guide and resolve queries.

 

Key Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Contact Suppliers to onboard to SBN.
  • Execute PO Follow up Confirmation process.
  • Execute the steps in SAP as per the SOP or training.
  • Ensure delivery the basics with highest quality standards and on-time.
  • Be proactiveness on communicating with stakeholders queries etc
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
  • Main Characteristics: This is an offshore role and requires comfort with working in virtual environment. RPSS is referred to as the offshore location from where the position will be based out of. Role requires to work in collaborative manner with Internal Stakeholders / Zone Category leads and Suppliers.  
  • Evaluation Criteria (Targets):
  • Delivering the task as per timelines given
  • Following processes and adhering to documentation goals
  • High quality presentations
  • Questions from business stakeholders answered satisfactorily within agreeable time
  • Coming up with provocation, proposing what if or next level
  • Key Dimensions and Contacts: Extended Team/Buyers/Brewery/MRP/Supplier
  • Challenges: Primary challenges may include no documentation on process, insufficient data availability, system downtime, lack of co-operation from different stakeholders etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Required

  • Good Communication- Language skills required.
  • Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Level of educational attainment required:

  • Higher school certificate Or Diploma Or Degree

Good to have

    • Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
