• Lead product and launch training for smartphones, wearables, tablets, and audio devices
• Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person & virtual) for:
-Retail sales staff
-Promoters and brand ambassadors
-Sales and channel partners
• Localize global training materials for the local market
• Create training content including:
-Product guides and comparison tools
-Sales scripts and objection-handling materials
-E-learning modules and presentations
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and sales performance
• Conduct retail visits to audit training implementation and coach frontline teams
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Regional HQ teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in product training, sales enablement, or retail training
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics and smart device ecosystems
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight launch timelines
• Willingness to travel as required
