We are looking for a pragmatic, technically grounded professional who can help us move from intention to structured implementation.

As Sustainability & Environmental Coordinator, you will support the operational integration of environmental standards across our sites and corporate processes.

You will work closely with project teams, procurement, and management to ensure that sustainability objectives are measurable, realistic, and embedded into our daily operations.

This is a hands-on role requiring both technical understanding and field presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Environmental Compliance & Certifications:

• Support ongoing LEED or equivalent certified projects.

• Ensure documentation, monitoring, and site compliance.

• Contribute to improving internal environmental procedures.
  

• Waste Management System

• Structure waste data collection across sites.

• Implement a traceability framework.

• Support the progressive reduction of landfill disposal.
  

• Carbon Baseline Development

• Collect operational data (fuel, electricity, materials).

• Support the establishment of Scope 1 and 2 baseline.

• Contribute to reduction roadmaps with realistic milestones.
  

• Internal Awareness & Coordination

• Support site teams in understanding environmental requirements.

• Act as a reference point for environmental queries.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years in environmental management, sustainability in construction, or industrial operations.

• Working knowledge of LEED or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with waste stream analysis.

• Basic understanding of carbon accounting principles.
