Responsible for the issue of bills & collection of payments for consumption at Front Office and F&B outlets, with appropriate input on the system.
Key duties :
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies on cash handling and customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum: A diploma in Finance or any relevant certificate in Front Office operation.
- Experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic math/
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
- Hotel experience of at least 2 years is a plus.
