• Prepare detailed MEP drawings and models using Revit in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Develop drawings, layout plans, schematics, sections, and details for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural drawings to avoid clashes.
• Revise drawings based on engineer comments, site conditions, and design changes.
• Maintain drawing standards, layer conventions, and documentation accuracy.
• Extract quantities, schedules, and layouts from Revit models as required.
• Assist in preparing drawings and final project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, engineering practices,  project specifications, and client requirements.
• Proactively apply professional judgment and personal technical input to improve drawing quality, coordination, and constructability whenever it adds value to the project.
• Perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
• Assist in any site survey for drawings development.
• Any other duty relevant to the job.
