Projects & Contracting Lead
The United Basalt Products Limited is looking to recruit a Projects & Contracting Lead for Marbella Division (Contracting Department).
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive technical and financial tenders, as well as detailed project proposals

• Coordinate site visits, measurements, meetings, and project follow-ups

• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams

• Recommend appropriate stone, tile, marble, and granite solutions

• Coordinate material procurement, production timelines, and deliveries

• Issue pro-forma invoices and follow up through final invoicing

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely installation and delivery

• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety requirements during site activities




Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualification : HSC or equivalent, with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to construction materials

• Strong knowledge of tendering, project proposals, cost estimation, and project planning

• Poficient in Excel, MS Project, and ERP systems

• Understands procurement, supply chain processes, and site coordination

• Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills

• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and highly organised
