You’ll be the go-to expert for all facilities and maintenance across our stores and lab. Can you troubleshoot equipment, fix problems on the spot, and keep multiple sites running smoothly? If so, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot optometry and lab equipment.
• Manage building, vehicle, and equipment maintenance programs.
• Supervise the Maintenance Coordinator and coordinate with vendors.
• Conduct site inspections, safety checks, and maintain detailed maintenance logs.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of practical, hands-on experience in facilities, maintenance, or related fields.
• Strong electrical, plumbing, and technical skills.
• Experience managing or supervising staff.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• Ability to travel across multiple sites (valid driving license required).
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
