DOJÖ Consulting Group, now part of Custom Support Group, is a consulting and management firm specialised in customs and trade compliance. We support leading companies across Europe in managing their import/export operations and ensuring compliance with global trade rules. The Data and Operations Analyst for brokerage activities supports critical customs clearance workflows by ensuring timely and accurate input of declaration data. Working directly with licensed customs brokers and client-facing teams, you will play a key role in enabling compliant cross-border operations through precise and efficient data handling. This position is based in the heart of Moka, at the center of a dynamic and growing business hub.

What you’ll do:

● Enter customs declaration data into brokerage platforms

● Process and validate HS codes, values, quantities, countries of origin, and document references ● Interpret shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and airway bills

● Flag inconsistencies in product descriptions, HS classifications, or client-specific clearance instructions

● Support customs brokers in pre-filing and post-filing activities

● Maintain updated knowledge of country-specific customs documentation requirements

● Track entry submission timelines and provide input into performance metrics

● Maintain digital records for audit purposes and ensure traceability of actions

● Communicate proactively with clients and brokers for issue resolution.

Who you are:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, IT, or another relevant discipline

● Familiarity with key customs concepts such as HS codes, Incoterms, and valuation methods preferred

● Prior experience in a relevant discipline is considered an advantage.

● A reliable professional who works with care and consideration for others

● Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

● Capable of navigating and adapting to a range of IT systems and digital platforms (ERP Systems,..)

● Proficient in Excel

● Strong attention to regulatory compliance and document accuracy

● Comfortable working in high-volume and deadline-driven environments

● English fluency is required; French or German preferred for EU-focused clients
