Role Overview 

We are seeking a Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Officer to ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards across our operations and to promote a strong safety culture within the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Implement and monitor health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures 
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards 
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures 
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for staff 
• Monitor use of PPE and safety practices across departments 
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting records 

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field 
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred 
  
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety practices 
• Knowledge in food safety is a plus
• Strong communication and training skills 
  
• Ability to work independently and on operational sites 
  
• Good reporting and organizational skills
