The HR Trainee will support daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, payroll and attendance support, training administration, employee engagement activities, expatriate management and handling basic employee queries.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening of CVs, scheduling of interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities such as preparing employee files, drafting of contracts, and explaining basic HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases and filing system.
• Assist in organising employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Provide primary support to the Payroll Deparment with regards to attendance monitoring and clearing of anomalies Vipertex & HRMS).
• Assist in managing complaints, grievances, employee concerns and other incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support in Learning & Development activities.
• Assist in the management of expatriates.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field
• Positive attitude, interpersonal skills and have an ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
• Good organisational and attention to detail
