Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Advisor to support the growth of our portfolio and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is a recognised institution in Trading, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects as well as in the Automotive Aftermarket and presently holds over 50 exclusive brand representations.

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Advisor for its Automotive division to support the growth of our portfolio and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an end-to-end service experience while ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness and high service standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Promptly handle customer complaints.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, as required.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Develop and implement timeline to achieve targets.
  • Implement controls to optimise stock level.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all internal/external client requests.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Technical Team and the customers.
  • Gather information and input data on ERP for future analytical purposes.
  • Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, prospecting, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
