Join us as a Corporate Administrator! Manage client entities, drive compliance, coordinate board meetings, and liaise with regulators. Ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong corporate and legal skills ready to make an impact.
Objective
To administer a portfolio of Companies/Trusts/Foundations etc.
Formation and Administration:
- Administer a portfolio of client entities on a day-to-day basis, maintaining direct contact and good rapport with clients and reporting back to the Team Leader and directors.
Board Meetings:
- Arrange and attend annual Board Meetings.
- Ensure timely and proper preparation of Board packs.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure clients’ statutory records and minute books are properly maintained.
- Ensure all appropriate filings, including tax, are made within the prescribed deadlines. at the appropriate time.
Communication and Liaison:
- Facilitate the reviewing of files.
- Liaise with external professionals and regulatory authorities on behalf of the client as and when required.
- Liaise with the Financial Services Commission, Registrar of Companies, MRA, DPO, and other related regulatory institutions.
Financial and Legal Aspects:
- Possess writing skills for drafting resolutions, agreements, and legal documents.
- Be familiar with the Authorities’ platforms.
- Be familiar with relevant acts.
Compliance and Oversight:
- Ensure that client companies and Group Companies remain in good standing with local authorities.
- Attend on-site inspections of related regulators.
- Attending to audits (independent compliance audits)
Banking Aspects
- Be conversant with banking matters and bank account opening.
- Ensure that transaction monitoring is conducted on a monthly basis, where required.
Finance aspects
- Monitoring debtors lists and ensuring minimal debtors
And any other adhoc duties.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Management or related field.
- Professional qualification – ICSA
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a Management Company/Offshore sector

- Excellent legal, regulatory and compliance knowledge – Knowledge of global business and due diligence and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Good corporate secretarial and administrative skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and written skills in English and French.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Proficient in using MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and overall good computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fast learner and ability to adapt to changes.
