Le Warehouse Ltd is looking for an Assistant Accountant responsible to manage accounting operations, reporting, reconciliations and ensures compliance with financial regulations accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, payments, invoicing, refunds, credit notes, and warranty transactions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, budget forecasts, and journal entries.
• Perform bank, control account, debtor, and stock reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate posting of transactions and compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor debtors, process payments, petty cash, and internal store transfers.
• Assist in preparation of final accounts and consolidation of reports.
• Support audits, tax queries, and MRA requirements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, SOPs, and accounting processes.
• Supervise, support, and train accounting staff; act as backup for Assistant Accountants.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the Accounts Department and achievement of KPIs.

Profile & Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• HSC with Accounting as a principal subject
• ACCA Level 2
• Strong IT and accounting software skills
• Clean Certificate of Character and valid driving licence
