About the Role

We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our 50-person team supporting a UK-based sports broadcasting service. You'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to subscribe to sports channels, helping them with inquiries, technical issues, and billing questions via phone, email, and live chat.

Working Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Mauritius time, aligned with UK business hours)
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday (rotating schedule, at least one Saturday off monthly, Sundays always off)
Location: Plaine Lauzun Industrial Zone, Mauritius


What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with subscriptions, technical troubleshooting, billing questions, and general service inquiries
  • Make occasional outbound calls for follow-ups, email queries, or customer-requested callbacks
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and services

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluent English (written and verbal communication)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns calmly
  • Comfortable using MS Office and learning customer service software/CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • HSC/Bac minimum education level

Important: This role requires flexibility with rotating schedules, including occasional Saturday work and potential overtime on Sundays.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary: MUR 21,000 - 30,000 (based on experience)
