AGW Tradings Ltd, specialized in the construction sector, is seeking motivated, target-driven Sales Representatives to support its expansion across Mauritius. Ideal for individuals who enjoy selling, meeting clients, and achieving results.
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding AGW Tradings Ltd’s presence across Mauritius. The role involves field sales, client visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell company products to new and existing customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Visit clients, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide accurate product information and after-sales support
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Submit regular sales reports to management
Represent the company professionally at all times
Higher School Certificate (HSC)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales (experience in the construction sector is an advantage)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Valid driving licence is mandatory
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication skills in English and French
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
Results-driven, motivated, and target-oriented
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products
