Finance Administrator

A leading global importer based in the North of Mauritius is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join their dynamic finance team. The business services some of the world’s largest companies and offers exposure to international operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receipt and allocation of bank transfers

• Preparation of bank reconciliations

• Management and follow-up of debtors

• Processing of supplier and operational payments

• General finance administration and reporting

• Financial management and tracking of shipments

• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree (or equivalent)

• Excellent high school academic results, including:

  • A minimum of 2 distinctions, and

  • 65% or higher in Mathematics (final result)

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work accurately under pressure

• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems (advantageous)

• Strong communication and time-management skills
