Sales & Marketing Manager (L'Aventure du Sucre)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and develop the commercial operations of L’Aventure du Sucre.

 

This is a hands-on, client-centric role that balances strategic thinking with strong on-the-ground involvement. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, actively engaging with partners, presenting the site’s potential and contributing directly to the conversion of opportunities into well-executed events and experiences.

The role plays a central part in driving revenue growth while strengthening long-term relationships and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development to meet monthly sales objectives

• Monitor, forecast and analyse sales performance using operational data and profitability reports

• Welcome and guide prospects on site across the museum, boutique and restaurant, supporting decision-making and lead conversion

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within the L’Aventure du Sucre client portfolio

• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery and client satisfaction

• Act as the main point of contact for contracts, pricing and product-related enquiries

• Manage departmental administrative and reporting tasks

 

Core Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills

• Good understanding of the tourism, hospitality and events sectors

• Solid commercial awareness with analytical thinking

• Confidence in negotiating and managing key client accounts

• Full professional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within tourism, hospitality or events

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively with cross-functional teams
